Refund policy

Returns -  If the product doesn't work as advertised, you will have 14 days from delivery to request a refund. This applies unless a product falls under one of the below criteria.

Change of mind - We don't accept this as a reason for a refund.

Custom Products - Vehicle-specific and custom-made products will incur a 20% cancellation fee immediately from the time of order as these are made to specs and demand we have to charge this fee to cover our losses.

Warranties - We must follow our brand manufacturer warranty for all products not made in-house. Our suppliers, not us set these steps and procedures. Misused products are not covered by warranty. please check on the products' respective brands' websites to understand their warranty procedures.

Speakers and subwoofers that are over or underpowered and damaged due to this, ARE NOT covered by warranty. We always recommend installation to be performed by a Qualified Professional wherever possible. Most importantly, amplifier tuning must be set correctly based on speakers/subwoofer requirements. If you need clarification on this step, contact us or your preferred Qualified Professional in this field.

Not Compatible - If the item isn't compatible with your application due to our error (we specifically stated that it is, on the product page or on written conversation, such as chat or email) we will offer a full refund including shipping costs to and from you. If it is incompatible due to your error, (wrong sizing, power rating, wrong vehicle) you will incur a 10% restocking fee and have to cover the return shipping costs and our original shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returning your order - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
